I use AI’s lavender essential oil at home pretty much all the time and I love it. (I use a couple of drops in the bath, inhale it on a cotton ball at bedtime, or use a small amount neat for burns/pimples.) It’s kind of the cliche essential oil but it’s popular for a reason–true lavender is absolutely amazing and very high in chemical components that have a proven therapeutic affect. (The synthetic crap they use in most drugstore bath and body products doesn’t count.)
